What areas do you deliver to?
Our primary service area covers the entire Phoenix metropolitan area including Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding cities. We also provide statewide Arizona service to Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Yuma, and all other AZ cities. Regional interstate service is available to Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, California, and Colorado.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery pricing depends on the zone, load size, and service tier. Zone 1 (Mesa metro) deliveries are free on orders over $200. Zone 2 (Greater Phoenix) deliveries are free on orders over $500. For other zones and standalone delivery requests, we provide quoted pricing based on distance and load specifications. Recurring accounts receive preferential delivery rates.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes. All our vehicles are GPS-tracked. For expedited and rush deliveries, we provide a live tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real-time. For standard deliveries, your driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival so your team can prepare for receiving.
What if I need a delivery outside of business hours?
We accommodate after-hours deliveries and pickups for customers with dock access or secure receiving areas. After-hours service is available by arrangement and may carry an additional fee. Weekend service is available for rush needs. Contact us to discuss your specific scheduling requirements.
Do your drivers help with loading and unloading?
Yes. Our drivers are trained and equipped to assist with loading and unloading. For palletized loads, we use truck-mounted forklifts or coordinate with your dock equipment. For loose loads, our crew handles the physical loading and unloading. If your location has specific requirements (PPE, check-in procedures, dock assignments), let us know at scheduling.
Can you handle hazardous or temperature-sensitive materials?
Our standard fleet handles non-hazardous industrial packaging materials. We do not currently transport hazardous materials (HazMat). For temperature-sensitive needs, our enclosed box trucks and trailers provide protection from Arizona heat, but we do not offer refrigerated transport. If you have specialized transport requirements, contact us and we can coordinate with partner carriers.
What happens if materials are damaged during transit?
All shipments are covered by our cargo insurance. If materials arrive damaged due to transit handling, we file a claim immediately and replace the affected items at no charge. Drivers document load condition at pickup and delivery to expedite any claims. Damage during transit is rare due to our load securement protocols, but we are fully prepared to make it right when it occurs.
How do I set up recurring delivery or pickup service?

Recurring accounts receive dedicated scheduling priority, best-available delivery rates, and a dedicated account manager. Most recurring programs are set up within one week of initial contact.
